What can you contact us about?

1) Corrections, updates, and broken links

We try to keep posts current, but employers can change requirements, closing dates, and application methods at any time. If you spot something wrong, please tell us so we can review and update it.

When reporting an issue, include:

  • The page link (URL)
  • What looks incorrect (quote the line or section if possible)
  • The correct info (if you have it)
  • A supporting official source link or screenshot (optional but helpful)

2) Scam reports and safety concerns

If someone claims to represent our site and asks you for money, “registration fees,” OTPs, passwords, or banking details—treat it as suspicious. We do not charge applicants and we do not process applications. Please report scam attempts so we can warn other readers if needed.

When reporting, include:

  • The message text / screenshot
  • The phone number, email, or social account used
  • The link they sent you (if any)

3) General questions (how to apply, documents, eligibility)

We can explain what a post means and point you back to the official application channel referenced in the article. Please note: we can’t check your application status with employers and we can’t submit applications on your behalf.

4) Employers, institutions, and official updates

If you represent an organisation and want to correct or update information, email us from an official domain (where possible) and include the updated details and the official link/notice. We’re happy to review and update posts to reduce confusion for applicants.

5) Copyright, removal, or legal notices

If you believe content infringes your rights or should be removed/changed, email us with:

  • The page link (URL)
  • The material in question
  • Proof you’re the rights holder (or authorised agent)
  • The change you’re requesting (remove, edit, credit, etc.)

We’ll review and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Important note: we are not an employer

This website is an independent information publisher. We are not a government department, recruitment agency, or employer. We do not hire, shortlist, issue appointment letters, or accept applications. Always verify the latest details directly with the official employer/organisation before applying.

Response times & hours

We aim to respond to messages as quickly as possible (often within 48 hours, excluding weekends/public holidays). During busy periods, replies may take a bit longer.
